Good location but hotel service is average I've stayed at this hotel several times this year. They fall short on follow up when you request services (e.g., calling me when my room is ready for check in, notifying me of dinner reservations). Also, the room assigned the past couple of times has faced other buildings with no view which makes the room extremely dark.
Nice hotel...great location.......super staff . The bathroom shower was fantastic .

Great place, awesome location Price is good, rooms & staff are fabulous and the location is fantastic! Oh..and the bar is adorable.
Much worse than my expectation It is a okay hotel, but absolutely doesn't worth the money. Room is too small, smaller than usual New York City hotels with similar price range. Staff were friendly, but it took more than a hour after I asked for toothbrush set to be sent to my room. The television didn't have HQ TV, channels are very limited, everything asked me to pay except live TV. Poor quality of the television.
price, service, location Very attentive and friendly staff, at a hotel well worth the moderate, by New York standards, price, in maybe one of the best locations in Manhattan.
Awesome Location This hotel is located in the middle of everything. The Hotel is very nice, rooms are large and brand new. Two bars on site. Walk to everything and subway is a block away.
•酒店設施 It was nice in general, but the most bad thing was buzzing in the room. This was really can not accepted while you can sleep well. Next thing is, if there have a magnified mirror will be more convenience to the elderly.
