The company went out of their way to work with my schedule. Prompt response to questions and initial quote. Carpets were exceptionally clean. I would recommend them friends and will use them in the future.
This was my first time using Hydro Clean as I need my basement carpet cleaned after some flood damage. I read some great customer reviews before calling Hydro Clean and decided to give them my business. Andrew the tech was prompt and professional and did an excellent job, care was taken to protect my home and property as well. The price quoted was fair compared to other companies I have used. I definitely will be calling Hydro Clean again to clean other areas of my home.
Jason was wonderful and took the time to answer all my questions, unlike other services I've used that are on commission and do the quickest job they possibly can in order to get to their next job - he did an excellent job on the staircase and the whole carpet looks great - as a customer, I really dislike that hurried feeling you get with some companies - I did not feel that way at all with this company and would use Hydro again -

There was some question as to whether this area rug was wool or not, but they decided to treat it as it was to prevent color bleeding, I used an Angie's List prepaid coupon and paid an additional 28% for this. Although the cleaning cost was close to the original cost of this discount area rug that gets heavy daily use by our family with 2 dogs that constantly shed.
