The staff has a very positive energy about them making the purchasing process as painless as possible. I dealt with Jim and Courtney and they were kind courteous and professional. Jim is a great man, down to earth, confident and definetley enjoys his job.
From the minute my wife and I entered the dealer lot, Sam met us with a smile and listened to what we were looking for, no high pressure sale involved. We test drove the Tucson and Santa Fe. We were sold on the Santa Fe, Joe even brought in another model for me to test drive. From the time we entered the lot until we left 2 weeks later with our purchase, every step of the way was a pleasure. Experience was great. There was absolutely no pressure. They even gave me a better trade-in on my Honda than the actual Honda dealer! I would recommend this dealer to friends.
We were treated with courtesy and the sales reps were very friendly and helpful. We were able to discuss and test drive any model car we wanted even though it was in the pouring rain. The sales manager ran the lease & purchase numbers on several different vehicles and was open to discussing them. He was patient and answered all of our questions, as did the sales team.
I am very satisfied with the service that I received. When i walked in i was greeted with a friendly smile. The salesman Alan was courteous and quick with helping me find the right car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know. The deal i got on my Chrysler 200 was great.
Jim Voveris was so helpful in guiding me through the process of purchasing a new Hyundai Elantra and I felt that he and the rest of the staff were very honest and answered all my questions. We are very happy with Tufankjian Hyundai in Plymouth. I run by the dealership several days a week and the men on the lot are always very friendly. I am also impressed with the cleanliness and maintance of the lots. When it came time for a new vehicle this was our first stop. Sam was our sales rrepresentative.
