On the phone I was not impressed with Courtney as she just wanted to direct me to the internet and not give me information over the phone. She was argumentative and short with me. But, the dealership had the used truck I was looking for so I came in anyways. I worked with Alan, Tony and Joe when I came in and they were great! My whole experience was professional and pleasant. All three men that I dealt with were very courteous and accomodating. I walked away feeling satisfied that I got a good deal and never felt pressured.
I leased an Elantra from Alan, and he was very courteous and helpful. He offered me a great deal and there were no hidden fees. I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone interested in leasing a car.
Greeted by a friendly and knowledgable salesperson. All my questions were answered completely. When test driving the vehicle, the salesperson pointed out many of the features that the car came with. He sold us on the car without pressure. Ask for Alan when you visit.
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. From the moment I walked in looking until the moment I drove the car home.
