Dealing with Jim was great,he's very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions without resorting to high pressure sales tactics.The only thing I wasn't too happy with,is I felt there was a bit of a "smoke and mirrors" tactic used in getting me to buy an extended warranty plan,which I really didn't want.I suppose it was really my fault for not being more on guard.This in no way reflects on Jim,I still felt very comfortable in my dealings with him,he told me straight away that he really doesn't know much about the ... read more
This is a great dealership. My wife and I came in wanting to take a particular car for a test drive, and we were in that car with Joe Borsari and on the road in minutes. We came back and said we wanted to go drive a couple of other cars, a Honda and a Ford, and Joe very pleasantly said great, let us know if we can help after you've driven those cars. I was stunned. Alan Favors was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He showed us different cars from a well stocked inventory untill I found the right car for me. I would recomend this dealership to my family and friends.
Because of Joe Borsari, I decided to purchase a Hyundai. He is a good listener and was very accommodating to my needs. He is intelligent and pointed out the features that helped me to make a decision. Most of all, he was never pushy. I recommend him highly.
Jim was a real pleasure to work with. He has great procuct knowledge and is a good listerner. Although the car was for me, he gave equal attention to my wife which makes mu life easier. After asking our questions he raised issues and options we hadn't thought of. At no time did we feel pressured to do anything. We recommend you ask for Jim. Amazing service from this dealership. When my wife and son came in we were offered constant free food and drinks from Alan Favors. I am glad I went to this dealership because of their fantastic customer service.
Ryan was a great Dealer he wasn't pushy very down to earth.He listen to what I wanted and helped make the best fit he also made the process very simple and no hassle at all.
Overall I had an excellent expeience with this dealer, much better than a year ago when it was under different ownership. Last year they had a much smaller inventory and they were way overpriced. I bought a Hyundai last year, but I bought it elsewhere. I dealt with Ryan Steeves when buying the car, who I had also dealt with lasy year, he was never the problem it was the ownership.
