This has to have been by far the best new car buying experience that my husband and I have ever had. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever! All staff encountered were very pleasant! And the most important person we dealt with (as it would have made or broken the deal) was Joe Borsari. He was very well versed in all aspects of the car we purchased was well as did not pressure us in any way to buy the car. We would highly recommend the dealership as well as Joe Borsari as a salesman. Thank you!! we love the car!

Alan walked me through 5 different cars until I found the one I wanted to go w. He was patient and thorough on the areas that I needed to be sold on. He didn't make me feel like I was being sold even when he asked for the sale. Working in sales for 20 years myself that is not an easy skill to have..I would send family and friends in knowing Alan would treat them well.
I had a positive experience with the female salesperson and the female desk manager, both of whom were exceptional in their roles and provided outstanding service. However, I was concerned by the behavior of another manager, who appeared to be disrespectful towards his employees. Through Truecar, I had a deal that was confirmed by the internet sales manager. It felt important to make a down payment to make sure the car wasn't sold out from under me on my way there (2+ hour trip), So I called the internet sales manager who said that made sense and switched me to an agent to take the down payment. If you need a repair done, I suggest not taking your car here unless you want it being worked on for days. They will take days longer to do anything that Jiffy Lube or Sullivan tire can do in a day. They will also try to take money out of your pocket, as suggested by the other reviews on here.
The absolute worst car buying ☹️☹️service we have ever experienced.
