Overall experience was very positive after a couple of really bad visits to other local Hyundai dealers. I went through my insurance company to negotiate a purchase price before arriving. Not only did Hyundai of Plymouth match the negotiated price - they beat it once I arrived. The only minor negative (and this is common to buying *any* new car) was refusing the onslaught of 'extras' that could be added to the purchase of the car. We very much liked working with Michelle Curran. We told her first thing that we were looking for a used car and she did not pressure us at all into considering a new vehicle. We had some questions about add ons we were considering and she got us answers to our questions right away. I recommend this dealer for those who are looking a friendly and patient approach when trading/buying a car. Joe Borsari was very professional and gave me plenty of options to think about. Once I decided to make the purchase, the only thing I had to do, was sign and they took care of everything else. Great customer service and very efficient. I am very happy with my new car and the deal I got. Thanks to Tony and Joe Lawlor for their help and recommendations. The whole process has being pretty smooth. :)

John Mancuso and his team were fantastic! After shopping around to many dealers I walked in here and was quickly greats. There no pressure sales and customer service was great! Jim and the team at Hyundai of Plymouth gave me a fantastic deal on the all-new 2013 Santa Fe I had been looking for. They were all friendly and easy to work with. They went the extra mile to track the vehicle down and Jim gave a detailed description of the car's features when we picked it up. It was a pleasure working with them.
My experience was excellent - attentive to my needs,but not pushy which is a turn off to me. Everyone I dealt with LISTENED to me, another factor which is exceedingly important. They bent over backwards to give me a fair and honest deal. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership.
