Do not bring your vehicle here for out of warranty work. I had a mouse get into my car and I took it to the dealership. After they looked at it they called and told me there was “extensive” damage and I would need a fan blower motor replacement, which was $700. Agreed to the repair as they told me the damage was “extensive”. Unfortunate experience I have been a customer of Tufankjian Hyundai for about 4 years now. I have always received excellent service and have recommended this dealership to many other people ever since I bought my first car here. Unfortunately, that has all ended this weekend. Poor customer service and product knowledge The alarm on my Elantra kept going off constantly, so I brought it to them. They're about 45 minutes away from my house. Brian at the service counter me it was a simple fix. He installed a $3 rubber gasket that he said would fix an issue that my model car was having with the hood not closing properly. Don't buy here Tried to buy an SUV we had our own bank with a rate of 4.99% they wouldn't sell us the car because we wouldn't use they're bank at a rate of 12% I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
Typical Sleazy Dealership! My mother & I were both looking to purchase a new vehicle. I was interested in a Veloster, my mother wanted an Accent. I had emailed the dealership in regards to a 2014 Veloster they advertised on their website for around $15,766. I received prompt responses from Franco, and specifically stated that I wanted to know that the advertised price would be the price I'd receive since its a 40 minute drive to Plymouth for me, and I'd rather not drive all that distance to find out the price was different. ... read more
