Close to home, 24/7, Specialty Dr's available on site, good rapport with the technician's and front desk support. My fur-babies are deserving of great care (Chomper and Brindle).
Great friendly staff.They are very welcoming and put you at ease. I brought Billy there this morning because he ate my dog's meds and they are doing everything that they can to help him!
We brought a puppy there that we found on the street that was hit by a car. All the employees were very nice and did as much as they could to help, they worked with the rescue I contacted since the dog was not microchipped.

Will never use any other place than I-20 Animal Medical Center. They are all so awesome and they absolutely love our fur babies. It shows! They’ve saved one of our fur babies in the past when no other Vet thought they could. And they’ve loved on us and our fur baby when we had to say goodbye to one. They’re like family to us and we always know our babies will be well cared for when we take them there. We can’t thank them enough. 💕
