Wonderful caring people ! We drive about 30 miles when we need vet care, just because we love and trust the people here ! Took my baby girl in to be cremated, and even the customers were great and caring !! Thank you !!!
We waited over an hour in the holding room, which was beyond frustrating. Then the tech started asking about an influenza vaccine for pets, I was confused but let it slide. The tech and the Vet were over the moon kind through the appt. We were there for just a yearly check up on our pup and cat, but the recommendation list was well over 1700 for the 2 animals. I panicked and took a picture of the list for my cat and sent it to the 2 cat rescuers I know. They were floored!!!! so beyond confused by the list. One explained vets... read more
Horrible. $200 for Welch to spend 1 minute and say maybe 10 words. My 16 year old dog had been gagging all night. All the vet did was listen to her heart. Didn't check mouth, throat, eyes or ears. Said she had a heart murmur and recommend $500 xrays. I couldn't afford that so she immediately came back with euthanization and said my dog was basically suffocating. Also, we cannot provide pain medication without running labs to ensure the pet can properly handle and absorb what is given. I debated never posting this review hoping I would just get over it but I’m still not over 3 months later. I made an appointment for Christmas Eve of all days to put my rat to sleep. I called the day before, checked the price, had her recheck the price to verify since she wasn’t completely sure and made the dreaded appointment. We brought our fur baby to I-20 , and it was one of the worst experiences I have experienced with any animal I have ever had. When we first walked in, it was 3 am, our baby was lethargic, and the techs first words were “extend your care credit limit because we’ll need it”. Um, excuse me?
