We brought our fur baby to I-20 , and it was one of the worst experiences I have experienced with any animal I have ever had. When we first walked in, it was 3 am, our baby was lethargic, and the techs first words were “extend your care credit limit because we’ll need it”. Um, excuse me? They do have some excellent vets. Sadly I've had 2 negative experiences with Dr. Billen. I left three messages for Glen (manager) to call me and he never did. I sent a letter with a return receipt, 7 days later he still does not contact me. What lousy management👎👎
