They do have some excellent vets. Sadly I've had 2 negative experiences with Dr. Billen. I left three messages for Glen (manager) to call me and he never did. I sent a letter with a return receipt, 7 days later he still does not contact me. What lousy management👎👎

We cannot tolerate this type of behavior and that is why the Arlington Police Department was called. We realize your time is important. As a former employee (twice) I would NEVER rec this facility. The absolute lack of doctors and support for the staff is sickening since bought out by a corporate company. During covid there was ZERO support for the in house and upper management leading the staff to be over worked and burnet out. If you need emergency care DONT use this facility.
