WORST EXPERIENCE EVER RECEIVED! 0 STARS! Just left from the worst possible experience after a 2nd time in recent months of terrible service and the lack of a "give a crap" attitude in their staff. Terrible place. Do yourself and your fur baby a favor and take them somewhere else.
The fill in DVM was a disappointment
As a former employee (twice) I would NEVER rec this facility. The absolute lack of doctors and support for the staff is sickening since bought out by a corporate company. During covid there was ZERO support for the in house and upper management leading the staff to be over worked and burnet out. If you need emergency care DONT use this facility.
Don't take your pet here they only care about taking your money not your pets health!!!!
Went there for an EMERGENCY for my dog at 10pm and was told they were not accepting animals and no doctor was there. How is this a 24 hour medical center without a doctor? What is point of even being open? Had to drive all the way to Euless, Airport Freeway Animal Emergency Hospital.
FOR YOUR PET'S SAKE, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! We have been with this center for over 14 years. In the last year they have gone from great to horrific! When we pick up our fur babies today from being boarded WE WILL NEVER BRING THEM BACK HERE AGAIN!!! They have had our babies for 10 days and within those 10 days they could not find time to bathe or trim their nails. This is a post I made a year ago and told to do so by management to not make them look bad. Because of the reviews from clients and surveys from employees were mostly poorly graded. I will be updating my experience when I worked there soon. It’s very hostile and toxic work relationship between hospital director, hospital managers , reception managers and employees.
