I’ve had several bad experience with I-20. First, in my own personal experience, the front desk staff have been rude, inattentive, not paying attention to any info I give them. Secondly, 2 of my chihuahuas have been recommended to be euthanized for no reason, one with a collapsing trachea, who other wise at at the time was perfectly healthy, just coughed when he drank or had his throat touched (who is thriving still 3 years later) And the other who had pancreatitis a mild kidney and liver failure (who is also thriving). The ... read more

Business response:

the perosn who brought in the dog had its nedical records and hospitlaized for two days. We saved it and it left here well. If the person who brought it in for medical care is nto its owner then I am sure the legal system will determine custody.

This clinic doesn't care about DOGS IN HOT CARS and ignore the local police dept when they are trying to seize the dog from the negligent owner..and gave the dog BACK TO HER!!!

Business response:

We had an emergency come in two days ago. A heat stroke brought in by the owner according to her. We had no reason to suspect otherwise. The person shows up to pick up her dog and we released the patient to the person who sought emergency care. Had action happened the day of admission rather than while the owner was picking up we would have released the dog to an officer. We had no documentation upon release of the patient that it belonged to anyone other than the person who brought it in. Many people have things happen that... read more

Apparently they do not care enough about the animals that have been entrusted to them. Especially animals that have been left in hot cars to nearly die. Even after they were notified not to release Archie back to the woman who left him to die. Even after being told charges were going to be brought against her. Shame on them all. I will NEVER recommend them.

This “clinic” released a dog left in a hot car that almost died, back to the POS that left him in a hot car, even though it wasn’t her dog. Dog belonged to a rescue. And after giving them all the info they still released the dogs back to the piece of shit that left him to die. PD was trying to get a warrant, but some idiot decided it was ok to break the rules and let the POS take the dog. I hope this person is fired, cause that’s stealing. Pretty poor judgement and we all hope the POS “woman” will be held accountable. T... read more
