Get directionsWent there for an EMERGENCY for my dog at 10pm and was told they were not accepting animals and no doctor was there. How is this a 24 hour medical center without a doctor? What is point of even being open? Had to drive all the way to Euless, Airport Freeway Animal Emergency Hospital.
Business response:
Thank you for the star rating, Anthony. We apologize for any inconvenience. Our overnight doctor and several of our staff members were out with Covid and we are doing the best we can with the shortage of staff.
FOR YOUR PET'S SAKE, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! We have been with this center for over 14 years. In the last year they have gone from great to horrific! When we pick up our fur babies today from being boarded WE WILL NEVER BRING THEM BACK HERE AGAIN!!! They have had our babies for 10 days and within those 10 days they could not find time to bathe or trim their nails. When I asked if there wasn't someone there that could at least trim their nails Kendra's reply was "Yes, in ICU but we don't have anyone to walk the... read more

We are sorry to hear you did not have a positive experience with us.
This is a post I made a year ago and told to do so by management to not make them look bad. Because of the reviews from clients and surveys from employees were mostly poorly graded. I will be updating my experience when I worked there soon. It’s very hostile and toxic work relationship between hospital director, hospital managers , reception managers and employees. Also the company pays google to post the good reviews first to take first priority it’s not in order by date for the very reason to make it seem there’s more good... read more
I20 Animal Medical Center is a low class revolving door crematorium where I’ve been waiting to even be provided a proper ETA seeing a Dr. for my emergency appt BUT they are all willing to come out and start bumping animals above you with owners verbal consent to treat, meanwhile I’m still sitting being told I have to physically meet a vet with 2 in front of me and 4 physical walk-backs. Will never come back, recommend you do not either! Inquiring only gets you pushed back further while they sit in their office snickering. ... read more
Business response:
I am sorry for the wait. We triage worst first and unfortunatley we had a lot of critical patients. The walk backs are critical emergencies. The only reason youa re pushed back further is the critical patients. I'm not sure what you heard but there are not offices open on the weekend or evenings. We do have a boarding kennel and the people there are often not involved in the critical side of the practice.
We took our sick dog in. said it was going to be 2000 to keep her overnight. Said if we took her home she would be okay. She wasn't she died this morning.
Business response:
Kristin Skillman, Im so sorry for your loss. We understand that veterinary care can be costly, which is why we always try to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. We offer a variety of treatment options so that you may select a less costly alternative, if possible, We aim to provide you with the information and educational resources to make the most informed decision for your pet.
The wait was absolutely ridiculous.
Business response:
Adri Orozco, we know your time is valuable and can assure you we make every effort to see clients in a timely manner. As a walk-in clinic we cannot always predict the wait-time. Emergency cases also take priority at times and do cause inevitable delays. We always try to communicate our wait times to the best of our ability. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out.
They do not do their due diligence making sure animals are being picked up by the correct owner and will release them to anyone even if they are microchipped. Due to their negligence, animals and not being returned to their rightful owners.
Business response:
The shelter reached out to the Rescue day one and we didn't hear from them until the dog was treated and we were releasing to the person who brought it in for treatment. The person said she adopted it from another person and it turns out that person had the agreement with the rescue.
For allowing the continued abuse of vulnerable animals in dfw. Shame on you.
Business response:
A lady brought in a heatstroke patient and authorized hospitlaization and treatment to save the dog. Two days later when the dog was stable she came to pick up. The dog was so happy to see her. While she was checking out on one side of the building we were getting calls on the otherside saying it wasn't hers. We have aboput 15 heatstrokes a week when the weather is like this. Many owners choose to let the dog go btu this lady wanted us to do whatever we needed to so the dog had a chance and it paid off as the dog was fi... read more
How dare you release a dog to someone who left him in a hot car to die! You knew she was being charged and that the dog was going to be taken away from her but you let her take him anyway! And the kicker is that legally the dog isn't even hers! Shame on you!!!
