I bank with KOHO and it isn’t available as a banking option through iCash which makes accessing help here a lot harder. I’d give it more stars for customer support but I can’t even use the BMO bank account I have cause it’s a sideline bank with no information. I use it as a transfer account. Makes sense to an extent. I’ll try again in the future if I remember they exist.

I’ve gotten three loans previously wish iCash, and successfully paid them off with no issues whatsoever. However, now I am no longer eligible for a loan because apparently my “financial institution is not supported by [their] data provider”. Mind you this is the same bank I used for my three previous applications. I was told, “You are welcome to reapply in the future using a bank account that is supported.” As if I’m really going to switch up my entire financial system then wait another full month so there are at least two p... read more

I just looked at my account two weeks after setting up my most recent loan there was an error and they set me up with two payments. I sent them a notice reminding them to correct it. It’s still not been corrected. I’m really frustrated with this organization. it’s probably the last time I’ll ever deal with them.
