I did a etranfer for $253 and they even took a 253 for an automatic taken from you bank so that was double pay and that $253 dollars was for my rent money and now they decided to put towards my loans so now I am gonna be homeless so don’t even bother with this company as they are not reliable at all so when u open account with them with your first email and if you decide to update it the email as they won’t remember ur second email because they will remember your email that you first open with so this company really sucks so... read more

Not sure why they would ask me to put in my username and password to my bank account if they send the $$ by e transfer. I was believing the app up until that point!!! Now I feel that it is perhaps a very scetchy!!! No thank you!

Wait time more than 8 hours no serious reply just auto reply do not download it. Worst customer service ever.

Getting a loan in a pinch is great. However when I asked to make a payment early because I had gotten extra money to pay it back the run around was ridiculous. I had to prove my last Payment went through with a full documentation of my bank account , card numbers , over draft balances , other account balances AND had to show in the same frame the payment being taken out of my account. If you’re late, even a day you’re screwed. Going to cost you an additional $85 on top of the loan amount and cost of borrowing. So chances are you’re paying more in fees then you actually borrowed.

I applied as a last minute thing not knowing what else to do and I have been waiting 8 hours with out a response! If you are going to advertise as a quick and easy way you should provide that service. Do not recommend.

Advertised as a Canadian Company but does not service Newfoundland. You should fix that

Took payment from wrong account and refused to admit their mistake. Charged me a NSF fee for something I had nothing to do with. They were the ones who used the wrong account number that wasn’t even my account! Accused me of changing my bank account and made me feel like I deliberately deceived them. The second my contract was closed I immediately severed ties. Thank you for the horrific customer service and for the encouragement to stay away from companies like you with predatory practices.
