Very poor service no return call when texted too and no email return in the 2 hrs 2dsys and no response and I’m I have used them many times very disappointed in the service

Tried to signup, says something like “Error - Account already exists” then doesn’t let you login, no password recovery or forgot password options, simply to collect your name, email, and password. DO NOT PUT ANY INFORMATION IN.

Verification process is not in sync and will not validate. Support will just tell you your bank is having issues. I attempted with 2 different accounts, verified my account and login information with both banks and still support blames the bank. Useless and unhelpful.
I hate this
I’ve been a customer at iCASH for over a year and they still continue to provide me with contract proposals due the day before my actual payday. Of course they bounce costing me NSF fees and a nightmare getting iCASH to correct their system. They still haven’t so if I reapply I know I have to return their first proposal and wait twice as long as most customers. Each time they get it wrong the amount of money I can borrow gets smaller and smaller. Get a paper route or collect bottles instead!!
Plaid doesn’t work and they can’t fix it leaving my application in perpetual limbo
All the people with one stars are right. Have fun waiting 5 hours for a reply. I needed just 100$ to get my kid diapers and formula i make over 4000$ a month before taxes and its taking this long. And when you email support its just an automated message saying “were experiencing high volumes of applicants” just like every other companys doing nowadays when theyre probably sitting there picking their nose
They say you get pre approved but never get approved and you have to keep reapplying This is a waste of time
I keep getting emails about apply again, my credit score has changed my income also and finally I decided to say okay I’ll bite and try again! As usual denied! Oh wait but first I actually applied last night and heard nothing, nothing, oh nothing, now at three I figure clearly my application is gone, deleted, overlooked ?
