Let’s me use my mobile number to log in, but it won’t let me use my mobile number to apply for a loan. How does that work??? Been back and forth with customer support for a few days and they can’t figure it out.

Terribly inflexible, and won’t work with the customer in ways others will to enable the application to move forward. Their 2 hour turnaround is a lie as well, I had to call them for a response a full 12 hours later. Thanks a lot, your misleading communications and gaps in accessibility have left me in an even more dire position. I will be sure to warn others of your failings accordingly, should I be asked for advice as to whether or not to work with this company. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I’ve paid off my balance 24 hours ago, proof of documents have been provided. I haven’t received any response from last 24 hours. I clearly mentioned that, I needed the money for emergency. The misleading ad says “receive your funds in 2 hours”. It has been more than 24 hours already. This is the last time I’ll use icash.

I have never had such problems with them as I had in the past two weeks. They are so slow. I don’t know if they’ve lost a whole pile of people or what but we’re not recommend them at this time.
