Took at a loan and got covid right after then missed a month of work and could not pay my loan back. Told them to send my debt to collections. It's 2.5 years later and they still won't send my debt to collections,continue to harrass me weekly with calls, emails threatening to take me to collections. I originally owed Icash $400 after my loan and now that has gone to over $800 and they still refuse to send my debt to collections!! Is it even legal to let a loan collect intrest for 2.5 years?

not a very good loan company.you need 2 months of payroll deposits.but i just started my job and because i cant get a loan so i can get to work i will most likely loose my job.

Seems like a scam, gave me a pre approval. Been waiting 12 hours with no response. I would advise going somewhere you can physically speak to someone. Worse customer service ever!

Have been using them for almost 3 year's, and now suddenly I can't get verified by sending email when I was able to before. I can getting emails first saying I can apply by sending my documents as I'm a returning customer, and as soon as I do I get told they can't do that. Sounds like they aren't training their employees well and they don't look into all the messages. Getting seriously pissed off

good loan company but utterly ridiculous repayment system send proof 20 ways showing everything and they find a reason to say not good enough after a dozen attempts they accept it even though it's the exact same pictures resent
