I didn't really expect a loan in 5 mins, of course that's BS but that aside I was really pleasantly surprised by the loan process right up to the point that I was 'PRE-APPROVED' Yay! Well, not quite. After prying into your bank account and credit bureau and 3 back n forth emails spanning 3 days and having all the qualifications they asked for (except they had to add a few of the deposits together for total income in the same month of course) the loan was declined. This app is a joke! I’ve been told that I have already tried to take out a loan with them and to check my credentials. I have never taken out a loan with this company! I have asked someone from this excuse of a company to call me THREE TIMES and NO ONE COMPLIES! Also had a friend apply and was denied a loan with no given reason. Pathetic joke app.
These people want your life story including personal information about you employers. Come on it’s way too much compared to others and for such a small loan.
I’m having issues trying to get app to open I get to page and it tells me there’s an update and then I go to update and there’s no thing to update just to open up page up and get back to page and it says to update
Don’t waist your time they well only give 200 and after you pay the loan off they well only give 200 and no more wat a joke
i downloading the app n it wont let me get past my job title kinda stupid
So I got a loan from the app. Then the app tells me I can’t use it because there is an updated version. But there isn’t
This app is garbage I wasted my time giving them all my info just to find out they won’t give me a loan this is a total scam
I have a cell phone but I don’t use a regular provider, I use Fongo. They won’t except my number even though it’s legit and no way to get a pin through email. Not sure why you can only (even via the website) use a cell phone and not email or home phone. Bizarre. Every other place I checked out had more choices and excepted my cell, email, and my home phone. You’d get so many more customers if you didn’t limit registration to just cell phones. PS.
