Great app. Everything is easy to understand when it comes to applying for a loan and keeping track of when payments are due. Update: I was sent an email with tips from customer service that was greatly appreciated, but unfortunately did not work in terms of being able to access my cashback via the cashback option on the app. Whilst that did not work, I was able to find another solution which is to go to the wallet option instead. From there I am also able to view and cash out my cashback funds
