I’m not getting a verification notification therefore I cannot verify my account and receive the money. I’m very disappointed in this app since I had such high hopes for it.👎🏽
I had just found out about the app today, applied and then received my loan in an hour without issues. I hope that it continues to be as smooth sailing as it seems!
When filling out the application and you put that you get paid in cash because you are a subcontractor they say your pre approved and then hours later say they can’t find your last pay in your account. I sent my invoice as proof of my employment as well as my contractors name and number to verify and they still say not allowed even though their app and website state they do loan to subcontractors. It’s a big waste of time. Takes hours for any kind of response.
This app was great for getting a loan. The issue is my account was hacked and I have been given the run around trying to cancel my account. Better customer service is needed especially for a financial service.
This app steals your information and doesn’t even give you a loan.
It’s not letting me sign up, saying I am too young but I meet the age requirement.
I am paid it on time still i am not getting higher amount of loan and also we have to wait for reapply
Been trying to reset my password and when it says and email will be sent to your inbox and to follow instructions. I have not gotten an email yet & I’ve been trying all day. I sent multiple emails to support and have not had a reply back. This is Sh^t
This has been the worst experience. I have wasted a whole DAY emailing you back and forth. I’ve tried validating my banking info FIVE TIMES. Then I’ve tried sending screenshots of my banking info about ten times. And now it appears that you are just not responding. I’m sorry, but zero stars from me.
