This service is very good. I find the staff knowledgeable, courteous and most importantly helpful when asked questions. The only issue I have is not splitting the amount we owe you into 2. I was able to use that option once, under the impression that it would continue. I was surprised when my next loan wasn't set up that way. That would be easier for others to make their payments at the proper time. Thank you!!!
