I applied, was “pre-approved” heard nothing for a day, so I applied again as there was no pending application anymore. Pre approved again, heard nothing else. Received an email to put my banking info in, which I had done in my previous attempts, still nothing. I attempted this for days, lowering my loan request. Checked my bank account, applied again. I have to admit this app does make it easy to apply for a loan. But to get a response from anyone is almost non-existent. I’ve applied multiple times and have received no responses regarding the loan I need. Seems like even there 2-4 hour response time isn’t good enough.

Took my information was last I heard from them who knows what they going to do with it don’t recommend them
I made on the gross income, when I messaged help centre they were the very opposite of helpful.

Won’t let me create and account. Keeps glitching and resending the sign up email. Garbage.
Anytime you put in banking information, entering the code from text or call I put it in successfully but it makes me waist 5 mins of my time and then it says “security question was not accepted” I tried this over 5 times and nothing. Now I’m broke and have credit cards bills to pay. Worst app ever.
It’s been over 2 hours thought it was 5 minute etransfer not 2 hour
