Not a zing fan of this app. Not getting approval because of I’m with credit union
This app is a joke. Tried once before and gave up because it took to long, and decided to try again today but have been waiting over 5 hours for you guys to get back to me. Plus you keep removing my reviews.
Honestly thought it was okay... till every time I delete it... it has been trying to force its self to download back on to my device.. and don't trust what they say on your due dates.. they tend to grab what ever when ever they wish.
If you bank with a credit union good luck with the verification process working. I’ve sent no less than 6 emails to support now with the same response back, is anyone actually reading the words I’m writing? Beyond annoying. Would not recommend.

If you guys processed the payments quicker then 4 days so I wouldn’t have to wait 4 days before I could renew my loan
Everything was going smooth until it wasn’t. I had a problem with my bank shortly around my 1st repayment. I told them they can try to recharge me and instead someone decided to just recharge me on the day of my pay cheque which would be next week. Then today I get a email saying they’ll charge me late charges everyday until I pay the full amount. Sketchy and unprofessional. They just want money. MAKE UP YOUR MIND!!

I can’t get into my account and can’t make a new one cuz the old one is attached to my sin. I emailed them for support and got no reply back. I’ll say the customer service is sh1t
