Force you to physically go into the store to change the phone number on the account. Can't access my accounts at all because of this. 0/10 I sm switching banks and urging all my friends and family to do so as well.

great app when I first used it, but I got a new debit card and tried logging into my old account just for the app to tell me a had too many tries and to try again later, it's now been a full day and it's still telling me to try again later.

Was a great app until it signed me out and know refuses to send me a code to verify.

Why do I have to have a code sent to verify it's me every time i use the app. It's annoying and today it's not working and i need to pay bills!

Can be difficult to navigate and automatically shuts off bio recognition every few months. Requiring a password reset that invariably requires a trip to the brick and mortar storefront or a call to customer service.

Don't know if it's the app or iccu but deposits use to show green. Easier to see what's coming and going. Now it's all the same color. Not a fan

There is a bug it won't let me change my pin to my card , it says update when an update is available. Well that's kinda not smart because it's not available.
