Usually a good app, but recently won't load card control feature. Crashes every time. Called for support and they couldn't do anything.

Bring back the option to set up a pin to log in!! If I have to type in my username and password, I could just log in via my browser, and delete the app! All other financial apps have pin access. I've already sent the ICCU team this same feedback months ago. Also, I have to constantly verify my account! Stupid. Devs need to get a new job.

Won't allow biometric log in suddenly, nor will it accept my password. Uninstalled for now.

Can access my card control, crashes half of the time when trying to open/Login, can't use pin to login anymore, verify that I'm human? What's the point in having an app when it's like this? It's easier to go into the bank than use this app.

Still haven't got zelle deposit. It's supposed to be instant. Its been 4 days. This is fraud. Fix it

Nearly impossible to deposit checks since the app continually crashes to login screen during photo/deposit process. Have never had this issue at WFC, Chase, BofA... Do better.

Worked okay until they switched to Cloudflare authentication. Now you will get stuck in a failed authentication loop and cannot login to get tech support, phone numbers, or any account functions. Might be worth switching to a bank not using this worthless authenticator.
