sucks always looks me out even when I never log in!
Not sure why, but app won't allow biometrics any longer. Super dissatisfied with this.
Since the update, the app is even worse than it was before!!! Another update. Now I can't even use the app at all. This is almost enough to make me change banks

Went to ICCU to avoid the normal hassle from big banks only to find out these people are worse. I'll be withdrawing my money ASAP.

The worse customer service I have encountered by a bank in a long time. We applied for a loan and got the run around. Was told we got the loan, then the next day told we did not get the loan. There was absolutely no consistency in the answers to my questions. Requested to speak with a supervisor, and was told they could not verify income on my tax returns because I had my own business and did not work for the company I worked with before. I needed a small personal loan after I was hit by a truck

The app is great when it works that is constantly forgetting my information and won't send the sms locked out because it forgot my email as well...

It's definitely a step backward with the new app. Constantly asking me to verify the same device, not sending through my OTP, etc. I miss the old and reliable version.
