Limited abilities. I try to pay down the principle on my car loan but there doesn't seem to be a way to pay principle only. They keep applying part of my additional payments to interest.

App does not open message stating error occurred please try again later comes on screen and app doesn't open it has been 4hrs now and still hasn't been corrected and their is no update for it in update list...please fix this issue and do not send a thanks for feedback response just fix your app

No longer will load. Issues with ATM all the time, can't load app, 30 minute wait for a teller, fo find a better bank.

The app has always worked extremely well for me until recently. Now I can't even get it to open and I just get a white screen. I've tried closing, force stopping and giving it a lot of time but had no luck. I uninstalled and am now re-installing. Hoping that solves the issue and doesn't create a login headache.

App works great but every time lately during login I have to verify my identity and go through an extra step or two to log in. It used to log in with just my finger print. It's getting annoying.
