app is great when it works. often when I try to open the app all I get is a white screen. sometimes if I leave the app open in the background a while it will start working. I have 5g full bars. as I write this my app will not work. my phone is a galaxy s21 I am on T-Mobile. I hope some of this info helps you solve the problem.

This app belongs apparently to a junk Bank. I am so tired of ads popping up for their credit app and everything else when I'm inside of a bank account. I want to deal with just my bank account and not all that other junk.

Lack of training or care of getting it done right. Bill pay from their App doesn't work For more than a 3 months. They lost the privilege of handling it money... Their service caused me to move on. ICCU is indeed history for me and my family.

It use to be a great app. I havent been able to get into it in over a week and now that I live in McCall I cant just go to local Branch. Frustrating!
