I'm just about to close out all my ICCU accounts. My card expired last month and I just found out today while at the store, no new card sent and no reminder! I had to leave emptyhanded because this store only takes Visa debit, and this is my only Visa debit. I can't get a new one because the branches are closed on Sunday and this stupid app keeps crashing when trying to manage my card. Good thing it's just expired and not stolen! I HATE this credit union!!!
Attocious app. Literally cant ever log in and I have to resort to using a web browser every time.
The app keeps crashing cannot get to my card control even after I log in
There is a bug with card control. Launching this function closes my app and says there is a bug please wait for the app owner to update it.
Tried 4 times at the store to get to card control to turn on my card. I would get there for about 2 secounds and the whole app would just totally close. Never got enough time to do anything.
Usually a good app, but recently won't load card control feature. Crashes every time. Called for support and they couldn't do anything.

Bring back the option to set up a pin to log in!! If I have to type in my username and password, I could just log in via my browser, and delete the app! All other financial apps have pin access. I've already sent the ICCU team this same feedback months ago. Also, I have to constantly verify my account! Stupid. Devs need to get a new job.

Won't allow biometric log in suddenly, nor will it accept my password. Uninstalled for now.
Can access my card control, crashes half of the time when trying to open/Login, can't use pin to login anymore, verify that I'm human? What's the point in having an app when it's like this? It's easier to go into the bank than use this app.
