This app does not keep my login info with my fingerprint since the update! I'm not sure what's happened but to have to keep manually entering your password is a huge pain. I hope you can fix this soon.

Absolutely worst app for android. The customer service has no clue how to function on an Android and the app services don't work in Android. You can't add Zelle payment... You cant access routing numbers... Customer service says they don't use Android and their screens don't show what an Android screen would look like.

New formate is harder to navigate through took 20 minutes to figure out how to an account for out son to be able to transfer money to his dad.

I do NOT like the new look to the app. The old version was easy to use and navigate. Now I have to wade through all the extra junk and in landscape to boot!

New design has a flaw. The deposit on screen keypad does not scale to a larger font or screen size. The result is that it stays the same size, and obscures the amount being input for the deposit. All of the elements on the screen need to change scale together.
New update is trash, it took something simple and made everything impossible
I have always used bill pay. Now I cant add a new payee. On hold for along long time. Hung up. Tried to update iccu, cant find specifically update for the iccu. Am frustrated, please fix.
