Every single time I go on the app to check my account, it resets my phone!! Numerous times I have had to restart my phone, delete the app and it will work maybe one time, and then it goes it again! Beyond frustrated!!!

I have it set up to log in with fingerprint but I get locked out every time. It's one issue after another with this app. Always tells me my password is wrong which I know it wants be I write them down. Then the change passed instructions is ALWAYS in Spanish.

The app speed and overall quality have been steadily decreasing, and adding even more ads is causing this app to become less and less responsive, and making it much more undesirable to use.

The app keeps crashing or asking weird qualifying questions that I never gave it answers to. Also, ICCU just canceled my account after I was the victim of a fraudulent check. I paid the balance back and was told that my account - which had been good for years - was being closed permanently even though I wasn't the one to perpetrate the fraud.... Wonderful banking policy... Punish the victim.

On first launch, requests and I allowed location services. Unexpected error occurred. Uninstalled and reinstalled with same issue

When this app works, it's wonderful. Handle all my banking and payment needs easily. But my word, the app has some kind of error every two days that crashes it and resets all my setting, totally negating the ability to log in with a pin. So frustrating. It even gets stuck in error loops that don't let you get out of them unless you force close the app from the task manager. What the heck, guys.
