When the app works, it's great. However, about once a week, I have to re-authorize the app before I can log in, despite saving the device in the approved list. Security is important, and if you want to enforce 2 factor authentication, great, but the current method is tedious, unsecure, and broken. Fix it.

I have had constant issues with loading. Every time I try to use it takes forever or says cannot load at this time. Now it stops running .. once these issues are fixed it will be perfect.

I've had this app on my phone for awhile but I have had frustration nearly every time I log in and now no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall the app it give me a message saying an error occured and will not let me check my balance.

Downloaded ICCU app every time I open my app a little box shows up to let me know that I'm broke and overdue on my payments not that I don't have enough letting me know how bad my life is. But then when I hit the button pay later it takes me into my settings to pay the overdue which is not what I want to do and it is a very big inconvenience.
