The app glitches constantly and then does not work properly for signing in most of the time. Makes it a pain to do your banking with the app. Needs some work.

I has been nice untill i got locked out because i recieved your notice to read that i could except an agreement to let ALL of my information that has taken place on my account to people and places i havent heard of. Or i could decline, which actually means that i will not be able to use this app any more. I only see this same info page come up every time i need to get into my account and i will be taking my buisness else where before i would ever accept that.

The app won't even open on my tablet anymore. It starts to show a screen with a box of text and then boots me out. I don't know what's up, but I think a lot of people are frustrated if they're experiencing the same or similar things

App used to work great, but lately after transfers account balances don't update and now account details won't even load any more. Last night couldn't even log in. This app is getting worse daily.

Very frustrated with the glitch for depositing checks. I also agree with another reviewer who stated "can we have our whole account number back please?" Overall, I like having the app to keep track of things. It's very easy to use (with the exception of the two items noted above). Fix the check depositing issue and my review is a minimum of four stars. The account number for me is an inconvenience, but not a major downgrade.

Used to be great They took away the ability to view your account numbers so instead you have to log into the website. What is the point of an app if I have to log into the website anyway? You used to be able to view it on the app so why even take that away?

[UPDATE] ICCU App authors, please please PLEASE show account number in account details!!!! Not sure WHO decided it was a good idea to hide that. What I can tell you is that no fewer than 10 times since becoming a member just recently for personal banking, I've needed that number. I called your bank and was told that I could tap through to the full site from the app. I did that. And discovered that on my Android device the webpage is not zoomable, and I am unable to tap/select my account number. This is unacceptable. WHY DON'... read more
