If it's not broke don't fix it can't find Zelle anywhere on the new app
Thanks for ruining this app and removing the PIN login feature. My passwords are extremely complex and cannot be accessed on the phone. Now I can't login without looking up the complex password on the pc which defeats the purpose of the app. I don't want to use garbage face recognition and the snapshot sucks you can't see anything without logging in. BRING BACK THE PIN LOGIN!
Since the last update, it has been laggy and slow. Not a fan of this version!
This app works well. Easy to navigate and understand...10/29/22 Update- this app USED to work well. The last update made it more difficult to use and navigate. Snapshot no longer lets you see recent transactions, only your balance. You have to login to see those. And logging in is more difficult. You have to use your regular password, instead your pin number, unless you want to do 'face recognition', which I don't want to do. Last update 'broke' the app, in my opinion.
Awesome app generally super accurate even in low coverage areas. 😀 I definitely recommend, easy to use convient setup 👍...... BRO update to app?? Ok now the app sucks cock looks like im playing retail WoW, I mean it literally wont keep any accurate data(guessing some smart IT nerd did that), its slow and low functioning, doesnt update correctly even when forced, I mean come on ICCU ive seen kids write better programs than this!! DO BETTER ICCU we need you !!
Don't like the update. Older version was way easier to use and much simpler. Want the old version back .... Can't preview recent transactions on the snapshot screen like I used to be able to. It requires you to log in in order to see it. The best part about the previous version was you could see those things without having to log in. I can't stand this new update! It's way harder to use, way more confusing, and way less user friendly. My friends can't stand it either... Sad. Ruined a great app.
Please don't use this place these ppl treat their customers like trash & don't care about you at all. They will tell you one thing about helping you and will do another thing behind your back. This place stole all my sister money than closed out her account behind her back & told her a bunch of lies after lies about helping her but soon they got her money they closed out her account. They always kept a blocked on her card like she was a little damn kid & always kept watching her account.
Latest update is a serious step back in terms of UI and stability.
Latest update is not user friendly! Do not like it at all! Do not like to have to log in every single time! Go back to the pin# I like to see at a glance what my transactions are..all that is gone. Why change what works for the majority of the people! I have many family members who are ICCU customers and they all dislike it also!
