App isn't working closes the minute it loads. Hard to have a bank that you can't go to in person and can't access on app.

Used to work great. Now, it never works, won't even load. Hard to manage accounts from remote location when it never works. Since I no longer live in Idaho, I depend on the app for deposits. I love the customer service from this credit union, but without app access I'll have to shop for a credit union closer to my new home.

Over last couple weeks it closes right after logging in. Unusable now. It worked great previously.

Great app until the last update. Now it closes a few seconds after logging in. Doesn't stay open long enough to do anything. I see some people report the app is working again. It is still crashing for me. Is there a fix i should know about? I have not seen any updates since i reported this last week.

For over a week now the mobile banking app has been consistently shutting down after logging in. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
