Mobile app worked great, simple and easy to us till the new "improved" version rolled out. Now you roll out this complicated not user friendly piece of junk. All alerts that were set up are gone. No text option now for alerts in email. Online auto loan payment attempted, fails and no notification. Would give zero rating if possible!!! 😠

The mobile deposit camera library they used can't get a good picture to save it's life on an HTC One M8. The chat feature font is so big. Two letters take up the entire text box.
This is the worst app they could have switched to. Too bad I really love them for banking.
This app is so stupid! The other one worked great why did you switch?! It runs so slow now and when I try to make transfers half the time it says it went through but the money isn't moved. And my boyfriend can't even get in! He tried re registering after we were all forced to and ended up getting locked out of his account. He's a farm electrician and doesn't have the time to sit on hold all day to try and fix it! Ridiculous. We are considering moving banks!
Prefer old app, have to force close this one.
Took sevral days to set up, and now that my phone is broken I find that the app isn't compatible with tablets.
"Enter Pin" has no -->> 0 <<-- so I still have yet to experience the new app. 👎
The old app worked much better than the new one. Changing apps is fine if it actually worked. The apps functionality is awful with font sizes making things unreadable. A lot of work is needed to make the app better than driving all the way to the bank. It is suppossed to provide convenience but only gives headaches.
Finally an app with the level of security I need. It even keeps me out.
