Why did you not just update the same app you had? Now I have to call the bank and figure out how to log in because apparently the information that is in the system isn't what I put in there in the first place, now I can't get into my account and I really need to today. Ridiculous

Chat doesn't work, everything is enlarged and no cross customer transfer? I want the old app back!

So we have to download a new app before we can access our accounts? Tried to do the process and it keeps saying server unavailable.. I just would like to access my bank account...... Very inconvenient.

Why the hell did you change your perfectly fine app. This app sucks so bad. The interface is a web browser instead of streamlined. Please go back. This does not make me feel more secure on the web, this makes me absolutely furious. There was nothing wrong with your old app.

The old app was more concise and simple in its functions.

I'm trying to search for a posting to my account, which would have been a debit and then a credit. It's impossible! This app is garbage.

Convenience taken completely out of the equation. The setup took over 20 minutes and was far from a smooth process. Finally set up my account and it's going to slow to even log in.

I should just be able to log in like I normally did. Now it's this huge run around trying to authenticate me. Your old app was better. This "new and improved" one is just very sub par.
