I can't even get on after I was sent a new temporary password! I called customer service 7 times, ten minutes each before I hung up!
I have tried several times now and the site still will not let me log in.
Pretty sad when you call for help and they tell you to close your account if you want... However good note is I got 3 emails saying this was happening so there was notice. Yes I was mad earlier today as I couldn't see anything. I can now and its easier to use then before...thank you for fixing it... Please tell your people you never know who your talking to and they shouldn't act like they don't care... The other App was so much more convenient and easier to work with. This new App is no where near convenient and is hard to work with

Took me 2 days to be able to even get in. I spent half hour on hold the day i finally got to a representative to be able to even get access to my phone app. The new app. Is also very slow and wont save my info ro be able to quick access it. Then to close the app I have to physically force it to stop it wont allow you to simply back out.
