Timothy Perez was Great Timothy came out to disconnect my heating /AC unit on my roof so I could get a new roof. He went far and beyond my expectations and did a fantastic job reconnecting the unit and bringing all the stuff he would need. Timothy was super nice and professional. He did a wonderful job, can't recommend him and Icomfort enough.
Great service! Corey from iComfort Heating came on time, wore booties on his shoes to keep my carpets clean, serviced my AC unit, explained everything he was doing and installed a new thermostat. At every step of the service call, I was genuinely impressed with Corey's professionalism. AC Tuning Service Isai Martinez was the technician who came to do the tuning. He was a thorough gentleman and very knowledgeable person in what he does best. He did a great job and ensured the A/C unit was working in the most optimal condition. He has a tremendous customer focus and I would rate a 5 star for his service.
Great Service My neighbor refers to this company to me. The customer service is great, she calls & e-mail to remind me for the appointment a day before & when the technician is on the way to my house. Luis, the technician is very professional, knowledgeable & a great person. I highly recommended this company to anybody.
AC maintenance I called three vendors to maintenance my 5 AC units. After two no shows, I reached iComfort. I should have started with this company to save time and effort. The technician was super friendly, explained everything and was overall a great ambassador for his company. I signed a year long maintenance contract since I was so pleased with his work.
