Dr. Civantos has been mine and my husbands Retina specialist for years. He is so easy to talk to, easy to ask questions, so knowledgeable in his field, he is kind, and I feel confident about him taking care of my husband and I. We won't go anywhere else. He is a gift to those he takes care of. Jesus made him that way.
Dr. Civantos and his staff consistently demonstrate exceptional support, professionalism, and compassion towards their patients’ needs. Despite the profoundly distressing experience of retinal detachment, they provide unwavering reassurance, expertise, and care. It is profoundly gratifying to be treated with dignity and respect, rather than being perceived as a mere insurance claim. The entire staff genuinely cares about the well-being of their patients from the moment of check-in to the moment of discharge.
Dr. Civantos is a wonderful physician. He is caring and very professional. My vision exam was very thorough. He took the time to explain the condition of my retina and answered all my questions in a way that I could fully understand. The staff at Ingalls is wonderful, too. I travel quite a distance to get to this office. It’s worth it!
One, the office is closer to home. The staff was very friendly and explained the paperwork needed to be filled out. After that, in less than 5 minutes another young lady took me the exam room. She introduced herself and said she was going to dilate my eyes before the Dr to see me. The Dr came in and starting checking my eyes while he was also taking to his assistant who was taking down his notes. The whole office visit excellent. I see him again in 2026
I been going here since I was little and I always was treated like I was family.. every one is so respectful and caring... and Dr. Civantos has always been a great doctor to me and all I want to say is thanks for all u do .
