I was, as usual, greeted cheerfully and immediately taken to a room to begin my exam. All personnel were friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Civantos is always happy to answer my questions and never acts as if he is in a hurry to leave me. Since going to visit ANY doctor is equal to jumping out of a plane without a parachute to me, your treatment of me is much appreciated!!

Though I have a patient at Illinois Retina for ten years, this was my first meeting with DR. Civantos. He took time to review my history. He examined test results making comments as to what they showed. He then explained what needed to be done and results that were to be expected. Treatment followed. I was done. I called with a question the next day. Shortly I spoke with his Nurse who completely answered my question in a nice friendly manner. Overall a professional yet very friendly visit.

My visit was very easy and thorough and all of the technicians were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Dr. Civantos was very thorough, and explained the test easily understood. I am very pleased with the entire visit.
