Run away as fast as you can, read the negative reviews. This place is a joke and they lie to customers and sell crap vehicles believe nothing they say. Save your money, time and sanity.
We paid a deposit and returned to get the car when my husband got off of work. They sold the car right before we got there. They lied to us and then sold the vehicle we were purchasing while we sat in the waiting room. I would never give them my business again or recommend them to anyone.
While getting the car was quick and easy, the state of the car and how they actually sold it like that is just crap. Glossing over the issues that the tires and brakes needed to be replaced and needs a tune up. The exhaust is being held on by a hanger and exhaust tape?? Thanks for putting me in a death trap guys! Save yourself the trouble and don’t bother with this place.
Not professional they do not respond back. Don’t care if they sell car or not give you the right answer. Bad customer service.
Complete and total scam artists DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS! Sold my wife a car and when she went to pick it up they tried to give her a base model duplicate instead of the nice one she had agreed to purchase. Then said they couldn't give her the down payment back until the next day. Once they heard me on the phone telling her not to let them leave they were suddenly able to give her a refund. I wouldn't buy a matchbox car from these crooks.
This dealership only cares about pushing sales and doesn't care about customers at all once they're out of the building. Trying to contact anyone at this place is practically impossible. They make false promises they don't keep. They sell cars that already have problems and say they'll fix them but don't.
DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE! My car broke down and I have a 6 month old I need to take to daycare and go to work. I was in a hurry to buy a car but I knew what I wanted. Found a nice 1 owner Nissan Pathfinder on their lot and test drove it. Immediately after taking it out the heat shield fell out from under the car. WARNING: This dealer does not allow its used cars to be taken to a third-party auto mechanic for an independent inspection. This is a huge red flag. Only dealers that have something to hide will not allow their vehicles to be inspected elsewhere before purchase. If they trust their mechanics, and the cars they are selling they should have no problems allowing this. Terrible place, worse cars and the worst staff.
