oil change took over 3 1/2 hours, even after I expressed that I was i n a hurry that day and needed to be somewhere.

While some delays can happen, the length of time you waited is not acceptable, and we understand your frustration. Good selection of cars and they were responsive. However, they added on a whole bunch of extra things after the offer making the car $7500 more expensive. Then the manager got on the phone and actually was quite disrespectful to me. I've had a career in sales and I know for a fact that talking to a potential customer like they don't know anything well not in any way make them want to buy from you

We visited another auto shop for an oil change. The service tech informed us that we needed about $3800 of URGENT work done including a new key Fob therefore we decided to take our QX50 to the Infinity dealer. First, the service tech told us the key fob was fine and that someone had installed the battery upside down. We did have a heater hose that was showing signs that it had leaked so replaced the heater hose. The other URGENT items mention by the previous service tech was NOT needed.

Service work was good. Just an oil change . My wife dropped off the truck at 11:30am and didn't get it back till 2:15pm. From the time she dropped it off she NEVER was contacted by the service agent. It wasn't until some other service person asked how she was doing ( 2pm ish) and she said she had be waiting since 11:30. Suddenly the truck shows up 15 min later. We don't mind waiting but for an oil change 1.5 2 hours is pretty typical. That what it took last few times I was there. But almost 3 hours?? The least they could do ... read more

They had my car overnight and were only supposed to have it for the day. They didn't call me to advise me of this. The next day when I went to pick up my car, they had lost both of my key fobs. They were able to locate one and I am still waiting for the second replacement 6 weeks later. I phoned the service manager, no answer and I left a message and of course no return call.

I bought my car from Infiniti of Peoria and I had a great experience so I decided to take my car for service there even though my car isn't an Infiniti, I been trying to be very careful and to take care of my car because it's an luxury vehicle. I took the care there and followed all the recommendations the guy told me to do and waited to do a special service (not a normal service), they did it and gave me the report and all was green and passed correctly, aft 2 days. by far the most expensive service (oil change/tire rotation) I have had done at any Infiniti dealer, even with a $20 coupon applied

I asked to check why my car was over heating and they said it was some hoses so I pay the fee they gave me but it still over heated and I even asked the guy that took my payment that's it there should be no more overheating and he brushed me aside as if saying (yeah yeah get out of my service area)
