They recommended a break repair that was over $ 400.00 that was not needed. They said break pads had 3 mm left and rotors needed to be turned. I declined the repair because I could do it myself. I discovered the break pads had 6+ mm left and rotors were fine. I spent over $ 200.00 on parts I didn't need to spend.

Drove it in with a check engine light on. After they checked it out vehicle no longer Drove and every single light on the dash was lit up. Only good thing about visit is thatwas i wasn't charged for the visit. Had to have my car towed home. Was driving fine other than the light before visit.

The service was on 4/23/26..Im still waiting on them to finish the job.They order a piece for my driver side seat belt and a piece for my steering. I called twice to find out if the pieces came in and I left a message no one even return my call.

Gave me the runaround declined to take my deposit ? Then said they sold it and then called me back to say it's available ! Now the listing is gone and they won't answer my calls ?? Going to call Corporate and the AZ attorney General the behavior in NOT acceptable I would recommend to everyone to stay away from Peoria Infiniti/Nissan They are Frauds and Con Artists

They did not solve any of the issues. They raised my headlights way too high to where I can't see the road at all now only signs. Left my car filthy from their mechanics. Stole my car and used it as their personal uber overnight raising the mileage by 100+ miles. Car still smells musty. Costs me $300 in a detail to get all the oil off my car inside and out. Caused damages inside. Don't go here.

They don't answer your questions and all they want to do is charge you for the most ridiculous things. Very pricey.
