I experienced a change in advisor, which is great for him as I believe he was promoted. I really liked him as he wouldn't sell me unnecessary things. My new advisor lit me up for everything. Suggested hood struts when they still work.

Poor customer service wanting to charge $289 for an $11 cabin air filter, tried to say my warranty was up when it was not up (they went from January to January while the policy stated is was upon purchase which was November for me). Then when I bought the lease, they wouldn't allow me to use my credit union for a 4.5% loan and instead I got a 10% loan they brought down to 9% after I argued with them. Very unfair practices at Infiniti of Scottsdale, AZ!

Worst experience of my life buying a vehicle, and I have purchased over 20 new and used vehicles from dealerships and private parties. I had financing in place they didn't want to use it and wanted to use there financing. I agreed and everything went more south from there. They wanted to raise my interest rate and payments from what I had at my credit union. After almost a month we are still trying to get this resolved and they are threatening to not title my vehicle.

They got my tire punctured and repaired it. However, they didn't inform me. I found out the wheel alignment is wrong after this incident and I check the tires, this is when I get to know about the puncture and confront them. They acknowledged it but the dealer is not responding to me now to fix it. This is not the way a dealer does this to their customers. I am deeply disappointed. I demand them to rectify their mistake.

INFINITI of Scottsdale was very difficult to work with regarding online purchases. I was required to go through the dealership rather than bring them a check and finance it through our own bank. They also gave a high pressure sales pitch on supplemental insurance. When asked to remove it, they were very difficult and borderline refusal. I should have walked away. I won't buy from them again.

They couldnt figure out the problem with my car for 2 weeks, tried to reach my service advisor to get updates but never got a return call after multiple attempts/messages.

The car needed parts for the front camera. Eric the Service Advisor said it would take two weeks to get in. After two weeks i started calling and he would never return my calls. I spoke with another Advisor Matt and he stated that they cannot look at each others work orders however would relay a message to Eric to call me back. This scenario went on for weeks.
