During a battery replacement, the technician at Infinity of Scottsdale found my heater hoses were leaking. I authorized the hoses to be replaced and when I picked up my car, all the work was done to my complete satisfaction. Thanks to Sean Anderson, my service manager and his technician for doing a top notch job.

Very impressed with the staff and the dealerships adoption of social distancing and use of PPE, even before the recent mandate. The service was completed very promptly and my vehicle was surprised to find that they not only washed my vehicle but detailed it. Infiniti of Scottsdale has set the bar pretty high and its not going to be the same when I return to my normal Infiniti dealership in the Chicago area for my next service.

Sales Associate is Great! We had a bad experience with the Used Car Asst Sales Mgr, Tony. He was very condescending and rude when we approached him with something we didn't notice when we bought the car. Albeit, it was within 3 months of purchasing the vehicle. We had the photos from Carfax & our photos from the day after we bought the car, that captured the issue. He was blaming us for not noticing within 2-3 days. Our Sales Associate took care of it for us! Avoid Tony...and you'll be fine!
