My experience was awful. So awful it brought me to tears. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I got a flat tire so my visit was unexpected. I have owned my Infiniti for 3 years. When I arrived only one employee was wearing a mask...Sean. They took my car and told me to wait in the "cafe." there were 2 other people waiting and they were not wearing masks. There were no signs to wear masks. I asked 2 employees for help and they refused. THIS IS WHY SO MANY PEOPLE ARE SICK AND DYING.
