Missing center cap disappointed never going back thumbs down!!!!!!! Service was not friendly very unprofessional. They don't deserve any star!!!!!

Poor communication, expensive, and out of touch with customer service. Infiniti has lost its Luxury car appeal so I traded the car away.

Terrible. Super attentive when making the car sale Then suddenly they lose interest, tell you they'll call (but never do), transfer you around, have you show up for appointments (driving from 30 minutes away) only to have no record of said appointment and they send you home then the process starts all over again. Had to chase them down like a bloodhound to even get the car serviced as they promised. Embarrassingly bad. We won't come back either for a car purchase or for servicing.
while my salesperson was excellentfriendly, and easy to work withthe experience with the managers, especially the finance team, was disappointing. They were pushy, disorganized, and more focused on upselling than providing clear financing options. It really soured an otherwise great experience. The sales staff is great, but beware of the management.
Salesman was nice and answered my questions. But when I bought my car, he nor the managers returned my calls. The finance lady asked me several times to buy an extended warranty, I said no thanks several times. After that she was very snotty towards me. Then she filled out the paperwork with wrong vehicle!!

I experienced a change in advisor, which is great for him as I believe he was promoted. I really liked him as he wouldn't sell me unnecessary things. My new advisor lit me up for everything. Suggested hood struts when they still work.

Poor customer service wanting to charge $289 for an $11 cabin air filter, tried to say my warranty was up when it was not up (they went from January to January while the policy stated is was upon purchase which was November for me). Then when I bought the lease, they wouldn't allow me to use my credit union for a 4.5% loan and instead I got a 10% loan they brought down to 9% after I argued with them. Very unfair practices at Infiniti of Scottsdale, AZ!

Worst experience of my life buying a vehicle, and I have purchased over 20 new and used vehicles from dealerships and private parties. I had financing in place they didn't want to use it and wanted to use there financing. I agreed and everything went more south from there. They wanted to raise my interest rate and payments from what I had at my credit union. After almost a month we are still trying to get this resolved and they are threatening to not title my vehicle.
