They got my tire punctured and repaired it. However, they didn't inform me. I found out the wheel alignment is wrong after this incident and I check the tires, this is when I get to know about the puncture and confront them. They acknowledged it but the dealer is not responding to me now to fix it. This is not the way a dealer does this to their customers. I am deeply disappointed. I demand them to rectify their mistake.

INFINITI of Scottsdale was very difficult to work with regarding online purchases. I was required to go through the dealership rather than bring them a check and finance it through our own bank. They also gave a high pressure sales pitch on supplemental insurance. When asked to remove it, they were very difficult and borderline refusal. I should have walked away. I won't buy from them again.

They couldnt figure out the problem with my car for 2 weeks, tried to reach my service advisor to get updates but never got a return call after multiple attempts/messages.

We did not have a service so why would we get an email saying we did ?

The car needed parts for the front camera. Eric the Service Advisor said it would take two weeks to get in. After two weeks i started calling and he would never return my calls. I spoke with another Advisor Matt and he stated that they cannot look at each others work orders however would relay a message to Eric to call me back. This scenario went on for weeks. Tried to get my to pay for an oil change that was prepaid then tried to have me pay for something fake - cabin air filter - I can change it myself and I would like it if service people did not try to take my money.

They had the car I wanted but would not offer what we wanted for our trade-in until after I bought another car from a different dealer. I would have bought from them if they would have made their last offer their first.

Given misinformation as to the issue I came with which would have cost $400+ and solved nothing and wanted $400+ for something done for free elsewhere. Last time I'll return

First of all, I've had my car since 7/15/2022 and haven't had any services performed. Regarding the window tint: just had the car recently inspected and the job on the window tint is horrible; spots and bubbles toward the top of the windows on both sides and having the tint redone. (I was wondering who did the current window tint and now know it was Infiniti of Scottsdale).
