Not that great. Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation Waited several hours and they didn't tell me they didn't have the proper filter till I ask why it was taking so long. It was a complimentary oil change and they did not charge me for the tire rotation as a compensation for the wait. However, to add insult to injury they put the wrong mileage on my Carfax report. Instead of 25,600 miles they put 90,348 miles. I called and ask them to change it in the records, but as of 2 weeks later they haven't done it. ... read more

The customer service area does not reflect the upscale Infinity brand. I have purchased new infinitys in Minnesota, Naples, Las Vegas and this is the worst service area and does not reflect the upscale Infinity brand.

We found our new vehicle through your site. We went and test drove it and signed all the paperwork same day to purchase this vehicle. We were even sold on the "platinum" extended warranty that supposedly covered everything "bumper to bumper" in case anything were to ever happen in the future. They scheduled delivery of our vehicle and all of a sudden that kept changing. First they said it needed motor mounts which they replaced. My experience was awful. So awful it brought me to tears. We are in the middle of a pandemic and I got a flat tire so my visit was unexpected. I have owned my Infiniti for 3 years. When I arrived only one employee was wearing a mask...Sean. They took my car and told me to wait in the "cafe." there were 2 other people waiting and they were not wearing masks. There were no signs to wear masks. I asked 2 employees for help and they refused. THIS IS WHY SO MANY PEOPLE ARE SICK AND DYING.
