Everyone I came in contact with was very cordial and very professional. They performed my service within the expected time. I feel very comfortable dealing with Schumacher.
Danny in service is always proactive, professional and genuinely cares for his customers, I’ve never encountered a more knowledgeable and accommodating service professional. He is an amazing asset to Infiniti! In fact although I bought my Infiniti from the Stuart dealership, I changed to Palm Beach because the Stuart dealership was filled with incompetent and unethical service department and had enough of their constant failures. Everything was excellent! From my service advisor, Marc, to tire pricing dealer comped Lyft ride back and forth to my house, all excellent. Don't always get a chance to be impressed with a car dealership but I would highly recommend Schumacher of Palm Beaches!

I’ve been bring my Infiniti car here for 8 years now and Danny is by far the best service advisor I’ve been to. He’s very knowledgeable about what services I need and very thorough in explaining exactly what is being done to my car. Also, he sends pictures and videos of the services. Infiniti of the beaches is my go to as long as he’s there!

Well what can I say, Adam is amazing, we purchased two cars from Adam and he was always very helpful. When we decided to get a Subaru, he helped set us up with the best salesman over at the Subaru dealer as well! We bought 2 Q50S one was a hybrid, the other a ICE. Loved them both. And another thing, I thought I would never purchase tires at a dealership due to price, these guys provided great pricing for tire service as well! Highly recommend Schumacher and Adam K!
