From the time I pulled in for my service, Anthony and the team made me feel welcome and appreciated. The waiting area was extremely clear and comfortable. The communication from start to finish was GREAT! Nobody likes to go to a car deal for service, but they truly could not have done anything more for me. The entire experience was OUTSTANDING! Purchased my 2015 Q50 here and have always returned to Danny for servicing my vehicle - I recently had an issue with the vehicle I mentioned to Danny that the "Brake" light flashed on the dashboard, he took note it ending up being a major braking system part failure. Luckily Danny suggested I purchase a new warranty plan because it was covered. I travel a lot solo so having faith that my vehicle is maintained properly at Palm Beach Infiniti - so grateful. Thank you again Danny, know that you are truly appreciated
