Repairing a difficult problem with my Nissan infinity. Thomas Lynch is my representative that is trying to resolve a difficult problem with my Nissan Murano. Thomas has been more than courteous and very professional in this process I look forward to working with him in the future to resolve this very difficult issue that another dealership has been less than friendly regarding the problem. I find his efforts thus far as professional and detailed.
Great service every time! Every time I step into Infiniti Camelback I receive great service, from the greeter when you first walk in, to my service advisor Shelby, even being remembered and getting a warm greeting by the GM. Everyone really is efficient, professional and warm. I always feel welcome and receive prompt and efficient service!
We got lucky!! Lon met my husband at Einstein Bagels the other morning. Noticed the Infiniti logo on his shirt. We had some questions about the Q50 my husband just purchased in California. Without hesitation Lon took us outside to help us with the car. He spent 30 minutes going over the vehicle with us. I am so impressed. The lease on my vehicle is coming up very soon.
